Arrival window
We will arrive within an 2 hour arrival window for your booking provided that there are no unforeseen circumstances like accidents, weather, etc. If we’re running late, we’ll shoot you a text or call.
Cancellations
Because we reserve a time especially for you, please make any reschedules no later than 48 hours before service to avoid incurring a 50% cancellation fee.
Happiness
In order to guarantee happiness, it is required for you to be available at the end of the cleaning to do a walkthrough. However, if you are not available, we give you 24 hours after the cleaning to contact us regarding any issues. However, if you (or someone you authorize) are present for the walkthrough, and give your approval, we consider your cleaning complete and no refunds will be given. That's fair, right?
Billing
A hold will be placed on your card one day before service, but you are not charged until service is completed and you will receive an email invoice instantly. Please note that some banks show this hold as a charge, but it is just pre-authorization.
